Delivery Information

Delivery Policy:

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout the United Kingdom; our couriers will deliver between the hours of 7am to 9pm.

Once you place an order and your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive a message with a link to choose a suitable day for delivery. 

Alternatively, you can send us another message after placing your order and we will manually update your delivery date. Please note, delivery dates are subject to availability based on your location. 

Unfortunately, delivery times cannot be chosen - they are based on delivery routes. Please note we do not supply guaranteed delivery times, only estimates. Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before delivery is scheduled.

Deliveries are made to the communal door of your property and couriers are not authorised to take items any further.

Upon accepting your order, you are confirming you have received it in good condition.
The delivery of our ornaments can be anywhere in Great Britain, but if you are outside of the mainland UK, for example if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Islands or Republic of Ireland then the couriers could add an additional charge. This also includes these postcodes AB BT DD FK IV KA 27-28 KY KW PA PH TR. But please contact beforehand so we can give you the correct postage cost. Some of these postcodes do still come under the mainland UK so please message so I can check for you.
